Closed beta. The Service is offered free of charge to invited testers while we test it. It may change, be interrupted or be reset, and no payment is taken during the beta. The paid-plan and billing sections below describe the planned launch terms.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Replay the Chart (the "Service"), operated by İsmet Gürkan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Replay the Chart lets you replay historical market data candle by candle and place virtual orders with a virtual balance to practice trading. No real money is traded, no orders reach any market, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Results in a replay do not predict real results: real trading involves slippage, spreads, emotions and risks that a simulation cannot reproduce. Trading can lose money. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give a real e-mail address and confirm it with the code we send. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or resell access.

3. Plans, prices and billing

• The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page (markets, history length, indicators, tools, sessions) and may show advertisements for our paid plans.
• Paid plans (Pro, Funded Prep) are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes such as VAT may be added where required.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal ("Manage subscription" in the account menu); the plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
• If a payment fails we retry for a while and keep your plan during that time. If it stays unpaid the account returns to the free plan; your saved sessions and drawings are kept.
• We may change prices or plan contents with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: copy, scrape, download in bulk or redistribute market data or other content from the Service; resell or sublicense access; reverse engineer or attack the Service; bypass plan limits; use bots to create accounts or load data; upload unlawful content; or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Market data

Charts and candles are built from open market data sources that are publicly available in the market. We do not share, sell or redistribute this data: it is shown only inside the Service so you can practice, and you may not extract, copy or redistribute it either. The data is provided "as is": it can contain gaps, errors or differences from other data providers or from the prices you would have traded at. Names and marks of third parties belong to their owners; their appearance in the Service does not imply endorsement.

6. Your content

Drawings, notes, journal entries and settings you create stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service for you. If you create a public share link for a chart image, anyone with the link can see that image until you ask us to remove it.

7. Our rights

The software, design and text of the Service belong to İsmet Gürkan or the respective licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that materially reduces your plan, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to support@replaythechart.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the Service; if we end a paid account without cause we will refund the unused period.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if the change is material we will notify you by e-mail or in the app. Continued use after the change means you accept it. Questions: support@replaythechart.com.
